Can you show me a picture of what a size 8 pants/medium shirt looks like?

I used to wear a size 8 pants and a medium shirt size, but I don’t remember what that looks like. I’m trying to lose weight, and I want to buy clothes (I know it’s frowned upon) in these sizes as inspiration to get back down to that size.
